Due to a high volume of calls, we are temporarily modifying our office hours to focus our available staff on the days/times with the most activity.
Our new temporary office hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Maintenance & Security will continue to be present on weekends, and they will be able to assist you with any maintenance requests. I will also answer emails, so feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. The status of Florida and vacation rentals are still very vague for this upcoming month. Click here to see the guidelines the Florida Taskforce is following to reopen Florida. It provides the details of each phase but does not give a time frame. We hope to hear more on Friday.
