Public Insurance Adjuster on Property

The Board of Directors has hired a public insurance adjuster to assist with our HOA insurance claim. He will be on property January 3-5, 2019. He will be going in each unit to access potential damage from the hurricane. Simply stated, the HOA's insurance covers ceiling and floor concrete (owner is responsible for coverings, paint, ceiling texture, etc.), and drywall 'out' (owner is responsible for paint or other wall coverings). This adjuster will be looking for items to add to the HOA's claim.
